I understand that I am responsible for the full amount of tuition owed and that I will pay the amount reflected on my invoice in full no later than the completion date of the course. *

I understand any and all agreements regarding payment arrangements must be made in writing. *

I acknowledge that I will either pay my invoice for tuition in full or adhere to a written agreement for payment plan and ensure no payments are made later than the due date. *

I acknowledge that being administratively separated or expelled from any Texas Public Safety Training Academy course for misconduct, academic failure, internship incompletion, absenteeism, or self disenrollment, whether voluntary or involuntary has not impact on the amount owed for tuition and that I am financially responsible for the full tuition amount. *

I acknowledge and understand that I am not entitled to a course completion certificate or any other record or administrative function showing the completion of the course in which I am enrolled unless I have paid all monies owed to Texas Public Safety Training Academy in full. *

I understand that if I am a recipient of a grant or scholarship for tuition that I am required to complete the program which I have been enrolled. I acknowledge if I fail to do so that I shall be required to repay the sponsoring organization and if I fail to do so within 30 days, I authorize the account to be sent to collections and reported to credit agencies. *

I understand and acknowledge Texas Public Safety Training Academy has a 14 day advance written notice cancellation policy for enrollment to a course from the first date of the scheduled program. No reimbursement and/or cancellation of invoice or payment will be authorized should I disenroll from a course with less than 14 days notice. *

I understand that Texas Public Safety Training Academy reserves the right to postpone the start date of a program in the event of a natural disaster, public health crisis, or if the minimum student enrollment for the course is not reached. I understand that my enrollment in such an event may not be cancelled and I am still required to attend the course and pay the tuition in full. *

I understand that Texas Public Safety Training Academy reserves the right to administratively separate or expel me from any of its courses due to misconduct, academic failure, internship incompletion, and/or a violation of academy polices and procedures. *

I authorize Texas Public Safety Training Academy to collect, attempt to collect, sell and/or transfer my debt, or contract with a collections agency for the purposes of collecting monies owed by myself in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. *
