I acknowledge if I fail to do so that I shall be required to repay the sponsoring organization and if I fail to do so within 30 days, I authorize the account to be sent to collections and reported to credit agencies. *I acknowledge.I understand and acknowledge Texas Public Safety Training Academy has a 14 day advance written notice cancellation policy for enrollment to a course from the first date of the scheduled program. No reimbursement and/or cancellation of invoice or payment will be authorized should I disenroll from a course with less than 14 days notice. *I understand and acknowledge.I understand that Texas Public Safety Training Academy reserves the right to postpone the start date of a program in the event of a natural disaster, public health crisis, or if the minimum student enrollment for the course is not reached.
