Description
The Fire Academy online is SFFMA Accredited & Accepted by TCFP for Reciprocity upon completion. Course cost includes all required equipment needed to complete the course except live fire bunker gear rental. Cadets already with fire departments may utilize NFPA compliant and in date gear. Other Cadets will need to enroll, then contact TPSTA to secure gear rental.
The entire program is HB 2604 Approved (FF1 $665, FF2 $665, Live Fire Prerequisite $665, Hazmat A&O $580). Upon training course completion, students are eligible to receive transfer credit into CSU programs.
